- Masase TAfter witnessing the struggles students faced with mathematics and science, Masase began tutoring students in his community, laying the foundation for what would become Alusani Academy.
With just 12 students in a rented classroom, Alusani Academy officially opened its doors in Mashamba Village, focusing on personalized attention and concept mastery.
The academy gained recognition for its exceptional results, with a 98% pass rate in mathematics and science.
Alusani Academy now serves over 300 students annually and has become a model for community-based educational initiatives throughout the region.

Alusani Academy was born out of a need to address the chronic underperformance in mathematics and science in our community. We recognized that these subjects, often perceived as difficult, were actually gateways to opportunities in higher education and professional careers.
